  • Less Maintenance
  • Studio-quality sound
  • Easier to record
  • Takes up less space
Cons:
  • Good quality kit way more expensive than acoustic
  • Doesn't feel as authentic
  • Acoustic kits look better
  • Requires headphones/IEM to hear the kit when performing
